After years of research and development, Gyrodata officially launched a ground-breaking, all-attitude, solid-state gyro system, the Omega^{X TM}. The company launched the new system in November 2018. The Omega^X is a unique system that is powered by SPEAR^TM technology. (Spear stands for speed, precision, efficiency, accuracy and reliability.) SPEAR includes sensors that accurately determine azimuth and inclination at a rapid pace. (It only takes 32 seconds to measure the earth’s rotation and gravity fields.) These features of the Omega^X make it an exceptional system that results in high-accuracy, high-speed surveys. The Omega^X also significantly improves wellbores’ ellipse of uncertainty.
