Recently, on a pro bono basis, Gyrodata provided our high-tech expertise by using gyroscopes to help rescue 33 miners who were trapped underground in Chile. We were entrusted with accurately positioning the escape shaft, which was a vital part of the rescue operation. (National Aeronautics Space Administration [NASA] as well as other companies contributed to the extraordinary rescue mission.)
